ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT VIU'S SCHOOL OF EDUCATION

In addition to our annual conference, the School of Education also holds a monthly Voices from the Field speaker series in which local community leaders, educators, and language program administrators help our students draw connections between their studies and the world outside the classroom. All of these talks are free and open to the public, and usually take place the first Thursday of each month of the academic year at 3:30pm. For a list of previous Voices from the Field events, please click here.

For more information on the School of Education, our programs, and the variety of events we host throughout the year, please follow us on social media @SEDatVIU and @TESOLVIU, and visit our website at www.viu.edu/sed.
